I am placing the whole subject before you, shall I say, as my secret, divulged to you as one seeker after THE TRUTH, to another, without condemnation or criticism of anybody or anything. It is by no means intended as an argumentative dissertation for discussion. I have endeavoured, rather, to demonstrate and to prove to you that, having found THE POSSIBLE DREAM to become a reality as have thousands of others, you, too, can achieve VIBRANT HEALTH.

This book covers the three major parts of our diet, namely carbohydrates, fats and proteins, generally referred to as macro nutrients. Most of our wrong notions about food lies within these realms. Many of our ailments find their etymology or root cause to our lack of proper understanding of these three major types of nutrients. Other than the macro nutrients, Dr. Walker also throws light on trace elements, and their vital importance in the optimal functioning of the body and on many other interesting aspects of our health.

So many people living the fast paced life, do not get enough of sleep and rest. A time comes when one is just too exhausted to cope up with the daily vicissitudes of life. Dr Walker’s own example throws light on this problem and also his remarkable journey from being a nervous wreck to a vibrant young man is an example for one to emulate.
